It does what i need it to do. It is slightly smaller and less powerful than my previous microwave so it takes longer to heat things but it gets the job done. I have two minor complaints: 1) because there is no kepad, you can't set the exact time you want. I mainly use the dial, which is quick and easy, to set the cook time but that gives time in 10 second increments only. Sometimes i want 15 or 45 seconds but, given that this is a less powerful microwave, i usually just go to the next available time and that usually works out fine. 2) the turntable rattles a bit like it doesn't fit snuggly in the base. Other than that, i'm getting all the functionality i need and it looks cool on my kitchen counter!.
