It received stellar reviews on line and i have other panasonic products that i am very pleased with. My recommendation-don't waste your money on this one. We bought it to replace our 16 year old sharp which was showing signs of wear and tear.
The first thing we didn't like about the panasonic was the door opening mechanism. You had to hold it in for a second or two before the door would actually open. I don't know if this was to protect you from stray microwaves or what but it soon became annoying. Regarding the microwave itself, the popcorn cycle was just stupid.Even at the highest setting 1/4 to 1/2 the bag was left unpopped.
